Parcel Tracking

Please see your delivery confirmation email for your tracking number and link.

What does the tracking status mean?
Scroll down to see examples of Royal Mail's tracking updates and what they mean.

Delayed or potentially lost parcel?
Delays are rare and lost parcels extremely rare, but scroll down further for guidance on what to do.

What you might see on Royal Mail's tracking website/app

"An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item"

This message means that Royal Mail have your parcel but have not attempted delivery yet.

The 1st and 2nd Class services we use provide partial tracking. Special Delivery offers more comprehensive tracking so rather than this screen it will tell you where the parcel is.

A missed delivery
If a delivery has been missed you should find a calling card has been put through your letterbox with all the information you need.

When possible we use a box that fits through most letterboxes which makes delivery possible if no-one is home.

However it's not possible for bigger orders, but the beauty of Royal Mail is that a collection point is rarely far away, and organising a redelivery is free and easy.
