We're a friendly family-run business and we answer queries ourselves, so you'll always deal with someone who cares passionately about our customers.

Parcel is delayed?
Royal Mail delays are typically very rare but if you are affected we are sorry and appreciate your patience. If the delay is more than a couple of days, please do contact us and we'll do all we can to help.

Please remember that orders are shipped Monday-Friday at 2pm. If you placed an order after 2pm it will be shipped the next working day.

Lost parcel?
Lost parcels are extremely rare. Please follow the guidance towards the bottom of this page first and if that doesn't help please contact us. If it does appear lost we will of course refund you or send another package.

Returns and refunds

We have a very fair and user-friendly returns process which should tell you everything you need to know.

If you'd prefer to speak with someone please don't hesitate to pick up the phone. Your call will be answered by a member of our very small team, so you'll get to speak to someone passionate about providing a personal and helpful service.

We welcome phone calls, but if you genuinely don't mind waiting up to a couple of hours for a response to your query please email or message us instead. Minimising incoming phone calls means we don't need to outsource to a Call Centre; keeping our costs down and prices low and enabling us to offer a more personal service. It's a win-win!
